Filling for Chicken Breasts: Broccoli and Cheese

Be careful not to cut all the way through the chicken breasts; just make a pocket.
Rub salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika into the chicken breasts and thighs.
Combine the broccoli with the bell pepper, cream cheese, cheddar, parmesan, garlic, and a pinch or two of salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Fill the chicken breasts with the broccoli and cheese mixture.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.
A 400 degree Fahrenheit oven temperature is required.
Cook the chicken in heated oil until golden brown on both sides.
Place a baking sheet on top of the chicken.
Cook the chicken for 20 minutes in the oven, or until done.
Chop the garlic and add it to the bowl with the broccoli and bell pepper. Add the cheddar, cream cheese, parmesan, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Fill the bird with the broccoli stuffing.
A big skillet set over medium-high heat should be used to heat the olive oil.
Before placing the chicken breasts on a baking pan, sear them on both sides.
After 20 minutes of baking, remove the foil and continue cooking the chicken for a further 5 minutes.

If necessary, secure the stuffing within the chicken using toothpicks. Throw them away before to serving.
