Taco Lasagna


2 kg of lean ground beef.

two packets of taco seasoning mix, each containing 1.25 oz.

Chop four garlic cloves.

A spoonful of chili powder.

cayenne pepper, half a teaspoon.

½ cup of liquid.

Kitchen spray.

sixteen corn tortillas, each about six inches in diameter.

One 24-oz jar of salsa.

Green onions, sliced, 1 cup.

1 jar of sour cream (16 ounces).

3/4 cups of Cheddar cheese, shredded.
Instructions:

First Step

Brown the ground beef on both sides in a big, deep pan over medium-high heat; remove excess grease.

Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper to the cooked meat. Add the water, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
