Dumplings made with pan-fried chicken

Get all the ingredients in a big bowl: ground chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until it's thoroughly combined.
Put a spoonful of chicken mixture in the middle of each dumpling wrapper to construct the dumplings. Apply a little water to the paper's edges, then fold it in half and crimp the corners to close, making a half-moon shape. Use the leftover filling and wrappers in a similar fashion.
In a big skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Arrange the heated dumplings on top of one another, making sure they don't touch. After two or three minutes, the bottom should be golden brown.
Quickly cover the saucepan after carefully adding 1/4 cup of water. Cook the dumplings in a steamer for 6 to 8 minutes, or until most of the water has evaporated.
Take the cover off and bake the dumplings for another couple of minutes, or until the bottoms become brown and crispy.
Whether you choose soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, or chili flakes, transfer the cooked dumplings to a platter and serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
You may eat these fried chicken dumplings for dinner or as an appetiser. Ideal for gathering loved ones around to enjoy.
