Quickly transform some diced chicken into a restaurant-quality supper in just 15 minutes.

How to Follow
Get the oven ready:
Preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C) is the first step.
To Make the Chicken:
Combine the chicken dice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half a cup of teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Give it about five minutes to marinate.
To prepare the chicken, place a large pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil. Toss in the marinated chicken and cook for around five to seven minutes, or until it's almost done.
While the chicken is in the oven, get the instant rice ready per the package's directions. In most cases, you'll need to boil some water, add the rice, and then cover it and simmer for around five minutes.
Mix the materials:
Melt the remaining teriyaki sauce and stir in the cooked chicken, cooked rice, frozen veggies, and a big casserole dish. Combine all ingredients and stir until combined.
Before placing in the preheated oven, cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and the flavors have combined.
After taking it out of the oven, you may garnish it with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if you want.

Changes and Hints
There are a few ways to personalize this dish for those who are finicky eaters or who are searching for something new:
Put a pineapple spin on it: Add a cup of pineapple chunks for a delicious and tropical taste before baking.
- Make it pop: For those who like their food on the spicy side, you may add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of Sriracha to this recipe.

- To make it vegetarian, replace the chicken with tofu or increase the amount of your preferred vegetables, such as mushrooms or snap peas.
