Scalloped Potatoes


twenty-five minutes
five average Sliced, cooked potatoes
minced medium onion, third of a
3/4 cup of butter
One-third cup of milk
one-third cup of sour creamed
velvet cheese, 1/3 cup
1/2 cup of flour
50% of the cream cheese
1/4 cup of crumbled cheese
salt
chili peppers
powdered garlic
Methods for Preparation
1 Boil potatoes until soft. Once cooled, peel if preferred. Then, slice into desired pieces. Set aside.
2 In a bowl, combine the chopped onions with 1 tablespoon of butter and mix well.

Combine velvet, sour cream, milk, flour, and cream cheese in a saucepan. Season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper to taste.

Toss the potatoes, onions, and half of the cheese mixture with a little shredded cheese.

After you've arranged everything in your preferred baking dish, sprinkle with shredded cheese and finish with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the potatoes reach the texture you choose. If you like, you may cover them with foil while they bake.
