Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken


1/2 cup of vinegar made from apples
1/4 cup of soy sauce
*Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
50% sea salt
Instructions for Baking Sweet and Sour Chicken
Arrange parchment paper in a 13 x 9-inch pan and set oven temperature to 325F.
Put aside. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts.
Put the chicken breasts in a big ziploc bag with the cornstarch. Toss to combine.
Put the eggs in a small bowl and whisk them together. In a skillet, heat the oil until it sizzles, then reduce the heat to medium-high.
Before adding them to the pan, coat the chicken breasts with eggs. Before adding the chicken to the pan, sear it until it becomes brown.
mix the vinegar, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sea salt in a medium bowl and whisk to mix.
Coat the chicken with the mixture and bake it for an hour, stirring it halfway.
Enjoy with a side of rice.
