A white dish with a slice of bitter chocolate condensed milk fudge on a mound.
Items needed
Choco chips: feel free to use any semisweet chip you choose. Toll House semisweet chips from Nestle, Ghirardelli premium baking chocolate chips, and Callebaut 54% chocolate wafers—the biggest chips—are my favorites.
There is no way to make this recipe without sweetened condensed milk. Sweetened condensed milk, like Eagle Brand or Carnation, is the typical kind to use, not evaporated or unsweetened milk.

Alterations and replacements
Use a variety of chocolate chips, such as mint, milk, white, butterscotch, or whatever flavor you choose.
Optional: nuts and dried fruit. Along with your chocolate, you may add any nut or chopped dry fruit that you choose.
Peanut butter: before setting, stir the peanut butter into the melted chocolate mixture. Use a toothpick or skewer to marble the surface and add dollops on top.
